The collection is currently available to browse. Ordering is not yet open. Purchasing will become available only when the products, payment and delivery arrangements are ready. These terms apply to the use of this website and to orders when purchasing opens.
Product information
Read the description, dimensions, material, care instructions and availability on the relevant product page before ordering. We will identify visualizations that are not photographs of finished products. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. This does not exclude remedies where a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Orders and payment
Check your delivery address, design, quantity and order total before payment. Available payment methods, currency, delivery charges and applicable taxes or import charges will be disclosed before payment. An automated receipt acknowledges receipt of an order; it is not proof of dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a material pricing or stock error, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute goods, charge a higher price or impose undisclosed fees without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will promptly initiate a full refund of all amounts paid for it.
Shipping and delays
The Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. We will communicate a dispatch delay, provide a revised estimate where available, and offer cancellation of an unshipped order with a full refund. We will obtain any agreement to a delay required by applicable law. We do not treat silence as unlimited consent to wait.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Read our Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Authorized returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after authorization. Change-of-mind return shipping to China is paid by the customer; verified incorrect, defective or transit-damaged goods qualify for an appropriate remedy with reasonable return costs covered by us where a return is required. Within five business days after receiving an eligible return, we inspect it, notify you and initiate the approved refund to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing is additional. Before carrier handover, you may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund including its delivery charge.
Use of the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person or use our original artwork commercially without authorization. Our branding, original designs and content are owned by or licensed to the store operator unless otherwise stated; buying a scarf does not grant a commercial reproduction licence.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Never email passwords or full payment-card details. Payment-provider terms also apply to services that they provide.
Consumer rights and responsibility
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for the products we sell and for dealing with verified order issues. Carrier compensation limits do not automatically set the limit of your rights against us. Contact us first so that we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
Updates
The terms disclosed when you place an order apply to that order. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing order.
